At Kids On The Move, Sibshops is a recreational workshop for typically developing children ages 7-13 who have a sibling with special needs. It is an opportunity to provide peer support, information and friendship to siblings in a lively, recreational setting. Siblings get to gather together and share the good, bad and so-so parts of having a sibling with special needs with other kids who get it.
Volunteers will help guide the children in activities participation and play.
