You can make and donate women's kits for women in need around the world. We provide women's kits for people displaced by war, violence, and natural disasters. Some of the places we have sent aid to include Ukraine, Jordan, Uganda, Jamaica, and even here in the United States.
Women's kits are filled with essential items and play a crucial role in providing dignity, comfort, and a sense of empowerment to women in poverty, ensuring they can navigate their daily lives with confidence and care.
This is an ongoing need. You can collect the items needed, assemble them into kits, and then drop them off to any of our drop off locations in Utah and Idaho. Here is the list of items needed:
Women's Kit
1 Bath Towel
1 Package of feminine hygiene pads
1 Hairbrush
1 Pkg hair ties
1 Pair of socks
Place items in a grocery bag (plastic, reusable, etc).
You can drop off women's kits at one of our 60 drop off locations throughout Utah or Idaho. Please email volunteerutah@lhi.org for an address of our drop off location closest to you!
