We are reaching out to you about volunteering for Provo City's annual Halloween event. We have some prep work we need to do before the day of the event so we are holding a volunteer night to get help. The actual Halloween event is Oct. 24 but we are looking for volunteers on Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. The Volunteer night will be held at the Provo Rec Center and volunteers can come anytime within 7:00-8:30 p.m.
Here is a sampling of some of the tasks we need help with:
- stuffing candy bags
- crafting projects
- cutting out large posters and cardboard
We appreciate all the help we have gotten from you in the past and would be grateful to receive it again. Our event is a little different this year, it will be a drive-thru event rather than an indoor interactive event. While the event will be smaller, we hope to bring the same energy as we have in years past and we would love your help doing that!
