Dear Volunteers,
The time is coming for this year's Spring Festival! The Festival brings all aspects of Provo to Lakeview Parkway: Gardens, Animals, Art Vendors, Art projects, Goga (yoga with goats), Adventure Sports, and Food Trucks. This is a free event for residents to come and experience different activities and businesses that Provo has to offer. We are expecting around 4,000 people at this year's event. We are reaching out to you to come participate and volunteer in this fun event!
Date & Where: April 15th at Lakeview Park in Provo
What time: Volunteers will be needed from 2 pm to 10 pm. There will be two separate 4 hour shifts that cover these hours. The actual event is 3pm -8pm.
What to expect: We are asking you to monitor and facilitate different activities throughout the Festival. This may include but is not limited to: helping participants in the body paint marbling process, helping mann our Provo City booth, help set and take down the event, etc.
We have two shifts of volunteers for this event. If you choose to volunteer for the the 1st shift 2 pm-6 pm, you will be included in helping us set up the event and run activities. If you choose to volunteer for the 2nd shift, 6 pm-10 pm, you will be helping us run the activities and take-down. Please plan on attending for your entire shift. On the shift that you are not volunteering for, you are welcome to roam and participate in the event. We also will plan on serving you dinner as a small thank you for helping us at this event.

We would be grateful for your time to make Spring Festival the best that it can be! We cant run these event without the help of our amazing volunteers. We rely on you to help us make that personal contact with all of participants that it sometimes hard for us to do as we are running around throughout the event. It will be a great experience for all involved.
Thanks again for your help and we look forward to seeing you at Spring Festival!
