Families who are applying for assistance through the Sub for Santa program must attend one of the open houses to complete their applications. You will help parents fill out their forms and check their required documents.
This open house will be November 9th from 2:00 pm-6:30 pm at Spring Creek Elementary School in Provo. If you are able to come to part of the shift, please let me know at alexism@unitedwayuc.org.
